The Quality Assurance Department at Al-Qadesyah College seeks to institutionalize a culture of quality as a sustainable organizational practice through the systematic evaluation and continuous improvement of institutional performance. The Department is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the quality system, in alignment with the College’s vision and mission, and to promote a planning-based approach grounded in continuous improvement.
The Department serves as an accredited reference point for the implementation and enhancement of quality assurance processes across all academic and administrative units. This is achieved through effective coordination and communication, support for process development, and the monitoring of performance indicators, all of which contribute to improving operational efficiency and enhancing the quality of educational outcomes and services.
In addition, the Department is responsible for monitoring compliance with the standards and requirements of general and program-specific accreditation issued by the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission. This oversight spans both academic and administrative domains and ensures the continuity of accreditation for academic programs, the maintenance of the College’s approved overall student capacity, and the strengthening of institutional excellence and sustainability in performance and quality.
